What a body builder eats close to comp

Where’s all the broccoli? This is what I’m eating 3 weeks out from comp.

I eat chicken, vegetables (yes broccoli but not just broccoli)🤣

Mornings are oats, strawberries, egg whites and yogurt.


Volume will decrease closer I get to comp and I have stopped any artificial low calorie sauces etc. Even my one almond milk coffee I’ve forgone for more food. So black coffee it is!!


So I eat extra clean and healthy this close.
